The following are on display throughout the season. View, Admire, Admire & Learn.

  • 1857 Grand Trunk Railway Station housing hundreds of railway items
  • 1860 Baggage Shed containing a 1898 Velocipede, railway tools and other items
  • 1898 Morrow Building. housing a display of local historic items including a rare 1850 right of way survey of the Grand Trunk Railway from Trenton to Port Hope
  • 1929 wooden caboose
  • 1870's steel cabooses (2)
  • 1913 wooden box car containing a display of local apple growing industry related equipment
  • 1906 110 ton steam locomotive
  • 1912 steel Boarding Car containing local artifacts, photographs, archives and historic documents etc.
  • 1880 Hop Barn with display explaining the late 1800 Hop Industry
  • Assorted railway maintenance vehicles

 

 

Hours of operation:
10:00 am - 4:00 pm weekends only until the end of June.
Open daily 10:00 am - 4:00 pm to the end of September.
Closed Tuesdays and Fridays.

September - Applefest

  • 1929 Caboose collector stamps for sale
  • Morrow Building now open. Lots of memorabilia
  • September 27 - Music by Country Strummers (after the parade)

Our gift shop has expanded! It now includes a range of HO scale model railway products and books. Supplied locally through Canadian Express Line
